"Diehl Kicks Off Campaign at Dyer Memorial Library," Whitman Express

State Representative Geoffrey G. Diehl, R-Whitman, officially announced on Saturday, April 28 at the Dyer Memorial Library in Abington, his intention to seek a second term in the Massachusetts Great and General Court. Joined by featured speaker Peter Torkildsen, a former state Representative and Congressman from the 6th District, Diehl outlined some of the achievements he was able to make and outlined initiatives he hopes to pursue upon re-election. “Geoff has, in just a very short time, proven that he can be an effective legislator who works for the good of the towns he represents,” said Torkildsen in his speech to the crowd of over 100 supporters of the Representative.
